Collaboration Blends Blockchain Gaming and Fashion with 2,600 Exclusive Mystery Box NFTs

XOCIETY, the action-packed pop shooter game on the Sui blockchain, is teaming up with global apparel giant adidas to launch a limited edition NFT collection featuring exclusive in-game skins. The collaboration marks a significant crossover between fashion and Web3 gaming, with NFT-based gear that players can wear and trade inside the game.

Announced on May 8, the collection will be delivered through 2,600 adidas x XOCIETY Mystery Box NFTs, each containing adidas-themed avatar outfits and in-game assets. This collection leverages Sui’s dynamic NFT technology, enabling full ownership and tradability of digital items — a feature largely absent from traditional games.

“Shoot, Earn, Pioneer” — XOCIETY’s tagline underpins its gameplay, which combines pop shooter mechanics with RPG progression, all built on Unreal Engine 5.

Four Rarity Tiers, Exclusive Outfits, and Tradable Assets

Each Mystery Box NFT includes:

  • A certificate of authenticity

  • adidas-branded top, bottom, and sneakers

  • XO tokens, the native currency of the XOCIETY ecosystem

The NFTs come in four rarity tiers:

  • Uncommon Tier: Three skin sets

  • Rare Tier: Four skin sets

  • Epic & First Tier: All eight available skin sets

Thanks to the NFT format, all skins are player-owned digital collectibles that can be traded or resold on secondary markets.

Pricing and Supply Breakdown

The total supply of 2,600 NFTs will be divided into two box types:

  • Adidas Pack: 2,000 units, priced at $129.99

  • Partner Pack: 500 units, priced at a discounted $89.99

  • XOCIETY Reserve: 100 units held for future use

Minting Schedule and Platform

The NFT mystery boxes will be exclusively minted on Tradeport, with two allowlist rounds starting from:

  • May 14, 1 PM UTC to May 15, 1 PM UTC

  • Public sale begins May 16, 1 PM UTC

  • Sales end on May 23
